A beta version of Verbumculus is up and accessible under the ``Motif Discovery'' section on the left panel.

To upload your sequences for phylogenetic analysis follow these simple steps:
  1. In your computer, go to the directory that contains the sequences and make that file names have a '.txt' suffix
  2. Create a TAR archive of sequence files
    • From the command-line (on a unix-based system) just type "tar data.tar *.txt"
    • Using the mouse, select all files, right click (keep Ctrl button pressed and click on a mac) and choose "add to archive"
  3. Back to your browser, on the left hand panel, go to "Get Data -> Upload File from your computer" and choose tar from the File format pull-down menu
  4. Upload a TAR archive, which in turn will appear on the right hand panel.

Yet another Composition Vector method for whole genome comparison based on substring composition and the Kullback-Leibler distance is published under the ``Phylogeny'' section on the left panel.

The Composition Vector method for alignment-free massive sequence comparison tool is published under the ``Phylogeny'' section on the left panel.

The NJ and Drawtree combined tool for tree design is published under the ``Phylogeny'' section on the left panel.
